We’re excited to introduce an enhanced Locations register, designed to streamline the management of Locations, ReCharges and ReCharge Items directly from the Location register grid. These updates provide more visibility, improved navigation, and enhanced usability for location-level management.

What’s New?

• Direct Links to ReCharge Items – ReCharge No. and ReCharge Description are now clickable hyperlinks, allowing users to open ReCharge details in a new browser tab for quick access.

• Expanded Data Visibility – Additional columns are now included by default, with more options available under Choose Columns for customized grid views.

• Occupancy Dates Now Available – Gain better insight with occupancy dates now displayed within the grid, helping to track timelines and allocations more effectively.

  
  

Why It Matters

These enhancements make it easier than ever to manage ReCharges starting at the location level, providing direct access to essential data and reducing the time spent navigating between records. User can also clearly see current occupancy for the locations and easily export this data to Excel for further analysis. With improved grid functionality, users can efficiently oversee and adjust ReCharge details as needed.
