Our team of committed professionals are dedicated to delivering practical and innovative solutions deployed at over 50 airports, big and small, across the globe.

Since 1997, we’ve been dedicated to helping airports — from bustling international hubs to small regional fields — unlock revenue assurance and gain powerful insights into their operations.

It all began with one very tired airport manager and a banker’s box full of dot-matrix printouts.

Each sheet represented a single aircraft movement, painstakingly highlighted in a rainbow of colours to match the correct landing fees. Processing them meant hours of manual research — identifying aircraft owners, types, weights, and even the purpose of each flight — all just to issue accurate invoices.

That moment in the boardroom sparked an idea: there had to be a better way. From that need, the Airport Landing Fee Administrator (ALFA) was born — a smarter, faster way to handle landing fee administration.

Over the years, our customers inspired us to go further. ALFA evolved into a modern, cloud-based platform that now handles all aspects of aeronautical billing, recurring revenue invoicing, contract administration, and movement tracking.

What started as a single tool for landing fee management has grown into a complete airport revenue management solution trusted by airports worldwide — but our mission remains the same: make revenue management simpler, smarter, and more effective for the people who keep aviation moving.

Fueled by a lifelong passion for aviation, Robert leverages over two decades of industry experience to design innovative airport revenue management solutions that help clients unlock new efficiencies and growth opportunities. From early inspiration flying alongside his grandfather in a King Air to leading cutting-edge airport software initiatives, Robert’s journey reflects a deep commitment to transforming airport operations through technology and insight.

Robert’s career spans senior roles in airport planning, software development, and revenue optimization — including leading WSP’s airport software division and delivering complex projects such as Airport Master Plans, Feasibility Studies, Noise Exposure Forecasts, and Land Use Planning. His expertise extends into Geographic Information Systems and Airport Revenue Management Systems, giving him a uniquely comprehensive perspective on airport operations.

As a licensed Private Pilot and Accredited Airport Professional (IAAE-Canada), Robert blends practical cockpit experience with strategic industry knowledge. He champions disciplined problem-solving, collaborative innovation, and a forward-thinking approach to ensure that ALFA Aero Solutions continues to deliver measurable impact for airports worldwide.

Guided by a lifelong passion for aviation sparked through earning his first pilot’s license as an Air Cadet, Stéphane brings over two decades of expertise to developing airport revenue management solutions that deliver measurable impact for airports of all sizes. His approach blends strategic insight with operational precision, ensuring clients can maximize revenue while maintaining safe, efficient, and future-ready operations.

Stéphane’s career spans leadership roles with the Calgary Airport Authority, Winnipeg Airport Authority, WSP, and Transport Canada, where he spearheaded projects in airport planning, operational advisory services, and governance. His ability to integrate project management excellence, operational know-how, and commercial strategy has consistently driven improvements in both airport performance and stakeholder outcomes.

Stéphane is also a licensed commercial pilot with advanced certifications in Airport Safety & Operations and Project Management Professional (PMP). He believes that disciplined execution, clear communication, and collaborative engagement are the foundations for creating lasting value in the aviation sector — principles he brings to every initiative at ALFA Aero Solutions.
